Dwayne was the pastor who founded of Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC 2007 when he started in 2007. He is also a member of the board of the Acts 29 Network and he serves as Director for Pastoral Care for the network. Dwayne is also a believer to train the next generation of biblical counselors. He sits on the board of directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition.
