Ally Sheedy

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy born in June 1962 was an American actor from the United States. In 1983, following her film debut Bad Boys, Sheedy became one of the Brat group with actors. She appeared in WarGames (1983) The Breakfast Club (1985), Short Circuit (1986) and WarGames. The performance of Sheedy in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (2000) won her the Independent Spirit Award, Best Female Actress. Ally Sheedy has been an American writer and actor for more than 20 years. Her film career began in the early 1980s, when she appeared as a crime drama actress, Bad Boys. Rick Rosenthal was the director of this film, where other actors were notable, such as Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown Alan Ruck. After her successful debut on screen that she appeared in, the actress acted on screen in The Breakfast Club - a comedy/drama. The film directed by John Hughes is considered one of the best films made by high school students of all time. Though the budget was only $1 million, the film's earnings surpassed the mark of $50 million. While she was doing this the first time on TV, her television debut came in the form of CBS Schoolbreak. It was a show for teenagers and started in April 1980. Other shows on TV she was in included Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid as well as Hill Street Blues. The most recent of her performances is Little Sister. Another one, X-Men Apocalypse a story about a female superhero where Sheedy is a guest. Sheedy is known for her amazing appearances, was awarded numerous prizes. Sheedy was awarded the MTV Movie Awards' Silver Bucket of Excellence Award 2005.
